Financial Assistance Funds is dedicated to supporting children with special health care needs and their families in Manhattan, KS, by offering crucial financial assistance for both medical and non-medical expenses. Our program is designed to alleviate the burdens associated with health care by providing grants for medical costs such as prescriptions, medical supplies, and equipment, as well as essential non-medical costs including home and vehicle modifications, clothing, and daily living expenses like food and utilities. We also assist with healthcare utilization costs, covering travel to medical facilities and lodging for families during treatment. Each family may receive grants of up to $500 per year, with additional requests reviewed on a case-by-case basis. By facilitating access to necessary resources, we empower families to focus on what truly matters—the health and well-being of their children.
