Maize Parents as Teachers

Maize Parents as Teachers is a compassionate, year-round initiative based in Maize, Kansas, dedicated to empowering parents and families with children under the age of five. Our program provides essential resources and support to expecting parents and those with young children through home visits, engaging group meetings, and developmental screenings. We facilitate enriching experiences with weekly playgroups at our Parent and Child Activity Center, fostering connections among families while promoting healthy child development and learning. To join the Maize Parents as Teachers program, simply enroll via the 'PAT enrollment' page and you will be connected with a dedicated parent educator for personalized support, or added to the waitlist if our capacity is reached.
