MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program in Lyons, KS, is dedicated to enhancing the health and wellbeing of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion initiatives. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened for obesity and connected to tailored weight management services that suit their unique needs. Participants benefit from a variety of care options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and our innovative TeleMOVE! program, which offers at-home support and remote clinician contact. For those who prefer self-guided management, we provide the MOVE! Coach mobile app, along with access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who may require more intensive interventions.
