Located in Louisburg, KS, the Veterans Outreach Center is dedicated to supporting veterans in the Kansas City metro area with essential services and compassionate care. Our mission is to ensure that every veteran has access to critical resources, including food assistance and hygiene kits, along with comprehensive support such as rent and utility assistance, employment services, and counseling referrals. We also provide vital military documentation services and case management to help navigate the challenges veterans face. With free transit available through the RideKC Veterans Pass, we strive to remove barriers and connect veterans to the services they need. Our doors are open for appointments to provide personalized support tailored to each veteran's journey.
