OvarCare Patient Assistance Program

OvarCare Patient Assistance Program is dedicated to supporting women in Liberal, KS, as they bravely combat ovarian cancer. Our mission is to alleviate some of the financial burdens faced by patients during this challenging journey by providing a tailored assistance package. This includes essential services such as a $200 financial grant, a $100 gas card, a $100 grocery card, and access to psycho-social counseling sessions and genetic counseling through licensed professionals. We invite healthcare providers, including physicians, nurses, and social workers, to submit applications on behalf of patients, ensuring an efficient process as we prioritize applications based on the order received and funding availability. Together, we honor the strength and resilience of these remarkable women.
