Student Basic Needs Center - Cav Cupboard

The Cav Cupboard in Lenexa, KS, is dedicated to supporting currently enrolled JCCC students and their families by providing crucial food assistance and essential supplies. Our mission is to alleviate the stress of financial hardships, allowing students to focus on their studies and personal growth. We offer supplemental food, school supplies, and personal hygiene items, ensuring that every student can access what they need to thrive. Students can visit the Cav Cupboard up to twice a week, where they can select a variety of items including protein-rich foods and personal care products, as well as fill their backpacks with necessary school supplies. To maintain a safe environment during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, our services are provided by appointment only. We invite students to reach out for assistance and to take advantage of the support available to them.
