Located in Lenexa, Kansas, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to assisting low-income individuals battling dysphagia by providing essential resources such as food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment.
