Lisa Ruff, LCSW, is dedicated to making therapy a positive experience, ensuring clients leave feeling happy and eager for their next session. Her practice encompasses work with children, teens, adults, and families. Utilizing effective techniques such as play therapy, Theraplay™, and Whole Brain Child interventions, Lisa connects with younger clients and helps them navigate challenges related to anxiety, depression, and ADHD. For adults, she specializes in career counseling, assisting individuals in determining their career paths, adapting to college or full-time work, and managing stress through mindfulness practices. Lisa understands the complexities that arise during these formative life stages, and she provides support to help clients successfully manage these transitions. A significant part of her work involves collaborating with parents to identify and address issues their children or teens may face, offering tailored strategies that empower them in their roles.
