At the Outreach Center in Leawood, KS, we are dedicated to serving the brave veterans of the Kansas City metro area with a wide range of essential services. Our offerings include emergency food assistance and hygiene kits to ensure veterans’ basic needs are met. We also provide RideKC Veterans Passes for free transit, allowing easier access to our vital programs. In addition to food and transit support, our services, available by appointment, encompass rent and utility assistance, job placement help, military documentation services, counseling referrals, dental care, and comprehensive case management. We are committed to empowering veterans as they navigate their journeys and work towards self-sufficiency with care and respect.
