Food Bank

Based in Leawood, KS, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to providing essential food assistance and resources for low-income individuals facing the challenges of dysphagia. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for those with swallowing disorders by offering critical supplies, including food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care items, and adaptive equipment.
