Located in Leawood, KS, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to providing essential food assistance and resources to low-income individuals living with dysphagia. We focus on ensuring that everyone has access to the necessary tools for better nutrition and quality of life, offering a range of services that include food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment.
