Wellness Kits for Cancer Survivors is dedicated to supporting cancer survivors in Leavenworth, KS, by providing six free wellness kits every two months. Our mission is to assist those facing financial hardships, particularly within diverse racial and ethnic communities, and those living in rural areas with limited access to healthcare resources. Each wellness kit is thoughtfully curated and may include essentials such as water bottles, journals, food trackers, sleep masks, and additional resources aimed at enhancing well-being. We strive to ensure that all survivors have access to the support they need on their healing journey, with free regular shipping available for customers across the United States and Canada.
