Women, Infants, and Children (WIC)

The Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) program in Larned, Kansas, is dedicated to fostering healthy eating habits among low-income pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, as well as infants and children up to five years old. Our mission is to improve nutrition and overall health by offering essential services that include personalized nutrition education, access to supplemental foods, breastfeeding promotion and support, and referrals to necessary healthcare resources. At WIC, we strive to empower families with the knowledge and tools they need to thrive, ensuring a healthier future for our community's youngest and most vulnerable members.
