Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE)

Midland Care’s Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) in Lansing, KS, is dedicated to supporting individuals aged 55 and older in maintaining their independence and living safely in their own homes. With a comprehensive array of services tailored to the needs of each participant, our program includes doctor appointments, hospital visits, behavioral health services, dental and vision care, pharmacy access, medical transportation, day center care, home support, nutrition services, and medical supplies. We believe everyone deserves the opportunity to thrive at home rather than in a nursing facility for as long as possible. Our PACE program, funded through Medicaid and Medicare, is designed to be accessible, with potential monthly payments for those who do not qualify based on income. We are here to empower seniors with the care and support they need, right in their community.
