Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE)

Located in Kansas City, KS, the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) empowers seniors aged 55 and older to live independently in their own homes, rather than in nursing facilities, while receiving the comprehensive care they deserve. Our PACE program is tailored to meet the unique needs of eligible individuals, offering essential services that include doctor appointments, hospital visits, behavioral health support, dental and vision care, pharmacy services, medical transportation, day center care, home support, and nutrition assistance. Additionally, we provide medical supplies and nursing facility care when necessary. Financial assistance through Medicaid and Medicare is available, and individuals not qualifying for these programs can access our services with a manageable monthly payment based on income.
