Each patient can receive up to $800 annually to help cover essential travel costs when seeking expert care or a second opinion from PNH specialists. Our program offers assistance for airfare, train tickets, ground transportation, lodging, meals, and necessary co-pays for medical visits and tests not fully covered by insurance. We understand the challenges faced by PNH patients and their families, which is why we allow grantees to bring a companion on their travels, ensuring that no one has to navigate their healthcare journey alone.
