MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans in Haysville, KS, through a comprehensive approach to weight management and health promotion. Our mission is to ensure every Veteran accessing care at VA facilities receives annual screenings for obesity and is promptly connected to tailored weight management services that suit their unique needs and preferences. We offer a variety of supportive options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for convenient in-home guidance. Veterans can also utilize the MOVE! Coach mobile app for independent management, as well as access weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for those who need additional support.
