Maize Parents as Teachers, located in Haysville, KS, is dedicated to empowering parents and families with children under the age of 5 by providing essential support and resources at no cost. Our year-round program features engaging home visits by knowledgeable parent educators, interactive group meetings for sharing experiences and ideas, and developmental screenings that foster early childhood learning and growth. Additionally, we host a Parent and Child Activity Center where weekly playgroups encourage bonding and learning through play. We invite all expecting families and those with young children to enroll in our program for personalized support as you navigate these crucial early years. After your enrollment, a parent educator will reach out to you for a personal visit, or you may be placed on a waitlist based on our current capacity.
