Women, Infants, and Children Program (WIC)

The Women, Infants, and Children Program (WIC) in Hays, KS, is dedicated to enhancing the health and nutrition of women, infants, and children through vital food assistance and educational support. Our program offers personalized nutritional assessments, access to WIC-approved food benefits, and practical tips for healthy eating, ensuring families have the resources they need for a better quality of life. New applicants are welcome to apply in person with necessary documentation, while returning participants can reapply in person or schedule an appointment by phone. If you are receiving Medicaid, TANF, or SNAP, you qualify for WIC benefits. We also encourage fathers, grandparents, and caregivers of children under five to enroll their little ones, promoting the health of our community's future generations.
