Financial Assistance Program

The Financial Assistance Program in Hays, KS is dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals and families affected by bleeding disorders by providing vital support for necessary expenses related to care and treatment, as well as essential living costs. We understand how challenging it can be to manage medical and everyday expenses, which is why we offer financial assistance for items such as medical equipment, rent, utilities, groceries, fuel, and vehicle repairs. Eligible households can receive up to $500 every two years, with the possibility of review for special circumstances by the MHA Board of Directors. This program serves those who have exhausted all other assistance options, ensuring that help is available when it’s most needed.
