With a Master's degree from Fort Hays State University, Amber has been serving clients since her graduation in 2017. Known for her easy-going and non-judgmental demeanor, she creates a compassionate environment that encourages open dialogue about life's challenges. Amber specializes in addressing Depression, Trauma and PTSD, and offers essential coping skills to navigate these difficult emotions. Her diverse therapeutic approach includes Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Compassion Focused Therapy, Positive Psychology, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), among others.
