Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP)

The Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP) of Fort Riley, KS, is dedicated to combating food insecurity by providing free USDA commodity foods to low-income households across Kansas. With shipments delivered five to six times a year, our program ensures that those in need receive essential food items, including canned vegetables, fruits, juices, meats, cereals, peanut butter, nonfat dry milk, and pasta, helping families meet their basic nutritional needs. Each household can expect a minimum of four food items, with a maximum of ten, tailored to support their dietary requirements. We invite eligible families to apply locally, taking a step towards securing the nourishment they deserve.
