OvarCare Patient Assistance Program

OvarCare Patient Assistance Program, located in Fort Leavenworth, KS, is dedicated to supporting women who are bravely battling ovarian cancer. Our mission is to provide vital financial assistance tailored specifically for ovarian cancer patients, offering essentials that uplift and empower these resilient individuals. Each participant can receive a financial grant of $200 along with a $100 gas card for transportation needs and a $100 grocery card to help with nutritious food purchases. We understand the emotional toll cancer takes, which is why we also provide psycho-social counseling by a licensed clinical social worker and access to genetic counseling sessions. We encourage healthcare providers—physicians, nurses, and social workers—to submit applications on behalf of their patients. Grant applications are processed in the order received, subject to available funding, ensuring that we can offer timely support to those in need.
