Practical Abortion Fund is dedicated to ensuring individuals in the Midwest can access safe and legal abortion services without undue burden. Located in Eudora, KS, we provide crucial support in areas such as travel coordination and costs, lodging, food, childcare, and emotional assistance. Our mission is to alleviate the financial and logistical challenges surrounding abortion access; while we do not cover the cost of the procedure itself, our financial assistance includes covering travel, accommodation, food, and medication needs. We are committed to connecting clients with appropriate abortion procedure funds and offer compassionate emotional support along the way. To ensure effective assistance, we ask clients to reach out at least five days before they need support, and an Intake Coordinator will respond within 24 hours to help navigate their journey with care and respect.
