Located in Ellsworth, Kansas, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to supporting low-income individuals with dysphagia by providing essential food assistance and resources. Our mission is to enhance quality of life through the provision of specialized thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment designed to meet the unique needs of those who struggle with swallowing difficulties. By ensuring accessible emergency food options and vital supplies, we strive to foster dignity and independence in our community members facing these challenges.
