Located in Derby, KS, Financial Assistance Funds is dedicated to supporting children with special health care needs and their families through vital financial assistance. Our program offers support for a range of expenses, including medical costs such as prescriptions, medical bills, and durable medical equipment. We also assist with non-medical needs like home and vehicle modifications, as well as essential daily living costs, from food to utilities. We understand the challenges families face in accessing health care, which is why we provide help for travel to medical facilities, lodging, and other associated costs. Each family may receive grants of up to $500 annually, with additional requests evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We prioritize timely assistance and aim to review all requests within 15 business days. Our mission is to ensure families have access to the resources they need to promote their children's health and well-being.
