The Outreach Center in De Soto, KS, is dedicated to empowering Veterans in the Kansas City metro area by providing essential services and support tailored to their unique needs. Our comprehensive offerings include emergency food assistance and hygiene kits to help Veterans maintain their well-being. We also provide crucial transportation through RideKC Veterans Pass, ensuring access to vital services. In addition to food programs, we assist with rent and utility payments, offer employment support, and facilitate discharge upgrades. Our team is here to guide Veterans through the process of obtaining military documentation, connecting them with counseling and housing referrals, and providing personalized case management and dental care services.
