Financial Assistance Funds

Located in De Soto, KS, Financial Assistance Funds is dedicated to supporting children with special health care needs and their families through vital financial assistance. Our program provides up to $500 per family, per year, to help alleviate the burdens of both medical and non-medical expenses. Funds can be allocated for a variety of needs, including medical costs such as prescriptions and durable medical equipment, as well as necessary modifications for home and vehicle, and daily living costs like food and utilities. We also assist with healthcare utilization expenses for travel and lodging when visiting medical facilities. Each request is carefully reviewed to ensure that we address the unique challenges faced by families, and we kindly ask for a minimum of 15 business days for processing.
