Emergency Client Assistance Program

Located in De Soto, Kansas, the Emergency Client Assistance Program is dedicated to providing vital support to individuals and families experiencing chronic poverty, low income, homelessness, and unemployment. Our mission focuses on delivering essential services that stabilize lives in crisis, including shelter, assistance with utility and medical bills, and access to food and clothing. We understand the unique challenges faced by the elderly, the homebound, and those navigating uncertain circumstances, which is why we also offer educational resources and assistance with work-related needs.
