General Support For Children With Cancer

The Hailey Bankhead Foundation (HBF) in Chanute, KS, is dedicated to providing essential support to children battling cancer and their families. Our mission is to address the often-overlooked needs during the challenging journey of a cancer diagnosis. We offer a wide range of services including care packages, emergency financial assistance, and therapeutic activities to uplift spirits. Families can access support groups for community connection, as well as spiritual support to promote healing. To ease the burden of everyday expenses, we provide grocery cards, gas cards, gift certificates, and meal vouchers, ensuring families have what they need during difficult times.
