Healthy Lifestyles, located in Bonner Springs, KS, is dedicated to enhancing community health through effective prevention and early intervention programs. Led by a registered nurse from the Bethel Neighborhood Center, we strive to improve access to primary health care while equipping individuals with the knowledge and tools necessary to prevent diabetes and manage chronic diseases.
