Financial Assistance Program

Located in Bonner Springs, KS, the Financial Assistance Program is dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals and families affected by bleeding disorders. Our mission is to provide essential financial support to those who need help covering medical expenses related to the care, treatment, or prevention of bleeding disorders, as well as basic living expenses such as rent, utilities, groceries, fuel, and vehicle repairs. Each eligible household can receive up to $500 once every two years, with special considerations for exceptional circumstances reviewed by the MHA Board of Directors. This program serves those who have exhausted other assistance options, ensuring that urgent needs are met with care and respect. For applications, individuals can download forms online or request them through our office for submission.
