In Basehor, KS, Senior Boxes, a program by Second Harvest Community Food Bank, is dedicated to offering vital food assistance to seniors facing food insecurity. Each Senior Box delivers 18 pounds of wholesome foods, including essential items such as canned protein, peanut butter, nutritious vegetables, fresh fruit, and cereals. Our mission is to ensure that older adults receive the nourishing food they need to maintain their health and well-being, bringing comfort and support to those who may struggle to access reliable sustenance.
