The Dickinson County Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) program in Abilene, KS, is dedicated to promoting the health and well-being of families through comprehensive supplemental nutrition assistance. Our mission is to provide essential nutrition education that empowers families to improve their eating habits and address health challenges. We offer electronic benefits to access vital nutritional foods, along with valuable support for breastfeeding and access to manual and electric breast pumps at no cost for eligible mothers. WIC is inclusive, welcoming fathers, grandparents, and other caregivers of children under five, and those enrolled in Medicaid, TANF, or SNAP are likely eligible.
