Our meals, carefully crafted by Registered Dietitians, adhere to strict dietary standards to support individuals with various medical conditions, including Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure. We offer nutritionally sound, dairy-free, gluten-free, and pork-free options tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients. N4L proudly supports eligible recipients under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS) programs, and the Older Americans Act. For those who do not qualify for assistance, we provide a self-pay program at an affordable rate of $7.75 per meal, allowing you to select every dish and manage your own delivery. Whether you are seeking post-discharge meal support or ongoing nutritional assistance, our mission is to provide compassionate and reliable food assistance to those who need it most.
