At the Farm & Food Systems Fellowship in Warsaw, IN, we are dedicated to empowering individuals to become advocates for equitable and sustainable food systems. Our program offers a comprehensive, tuition-free education in organic food systems and hands-on experience at our Allegheny Farm Campus in Highland County, VA. Throughout a six-month immersive fellowship, participants engage in practical learning, including growing diversified crops, hosting educational sessions for innovative health initiatives, and developing community gardens that enrich local food access. After completing their fellowship, participants enter a Community Action Year where they partner with regional non-profits to implement their training. Our mission is to cultivate a generation of leaders who will enhance food and ecological literacy, support community food initiatives, and promote healthy eating across the community.
