Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) in Wabash, IN, specializes in providing Home Delivered Meals and Medically Tailored Meals to individuals eligible under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS) programs, and the Older Americans Act. Our meal service is designed to meet the nutritional needs of our clients, offering meals created by a Registered Dietitian that support overall health and address specific medical conditions, including Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure. Our meals cater to various dietary restrictions, being free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. For those eligible under Medicaid or the Older Americans Act, we ensure that meal delivery aligns with their benefits. Individuals enrolled in certain Medicare Advantage plans may also access our meals as part of their post-discharge care. If you do not qualify for government assistance, we offer an affordable self-pay option at just $7.75 per meal, allowing you to select every meal and delivery according to your preference. Additionally, N4L provides Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling to enhance the health and well-being of our community members.
