MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Valparaiso, IN, is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of Veterans through a comprehensive approach to weight management and health promotion. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened for obesity annually and offered tailored weight management services that meet their unique needs and preferences. We provide a variety of options, including supportive group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! program, which allows Veterans to engage in weight management from the comfort of their homes. Additionally, our MOVE! Coach mobile app empowers Veterans to take charge of their weight loss journey independently. For those who may require more intensive support, we also offer weight loss medications and bariatric surgery options for Veterans who continue to face challenges with their weight.
