Kimberly Hart

Kimberly Hart is a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate who creates a nurturing environment for her clients, allowing them to work towards becoming the best versions of themselves. With a belief in the innate ability of individuals to heal from life's challenges, she aims to help her clients achieve authenticity and empowerment. Kimberly fosters an atmosphere where clients feel validated and heard, and she employs a variety of therapeutic methods tailored to each individual’s unique situation. She encourages active participation in the treatment process, working collaboratively with clients to set and attain meaningful goals. With three years of professional experience in the therapy field, Kimberly is a graduate of the COAMFTE accredited master's program at Campbellsville University in Louisville, KY. Earlier in her career, she served as a counselor at a community-based outreach center for a decade. With an undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice and Criminology and experience as a college athlete, she understands the pressures of balancing sports and academic life. Kimberly specializes in individual, family, and couples therapy, with a focus on supporting adults, preteens, and adolescents aged 13-19, as she addresses issues such as depression, trauma, PTSD, and anxiety.
