VNA Hospice of Northwest Indiana is dedicated to preserving the dignity of aging by empowering seniors in Valparaiso to maintain control over their healthcare decisions while remaining in the comfort of their own homes. Our comprehensive services include hospice and palliative care, the VNA Meals on Wheels program for Porter County, the Medical Guardian alert system for added safety, and grief support for individuals of all ages, including children at the Phoenix Center. We are also proud to offer the We Honor Veterans Program, demonstrating our commitment to those who have served. Our mission is to provide compassionate care and support that enhances the quality of life for our community's seniors and their families.
