At Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) in Terre Haute, IN, we are dedicated to enhancing health and wellness through our Home Delivered Meals program, designed specifically for individuals eligible under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports, and those covered by the Older Americans Act. Our meals, carefully crafted by a Registered Dietitian, cater to various medical needs, including Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure, while being free from common allergens such as dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. For those who do not have qualifying health insurance, our affordable self-pay option allows for customizable meal selection at just $7.75 per meal. Additionally, we provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling to support our clients’ health journeys.
