Food for the Weekend

Located in Terre Haute, IN, Food for the Weekend is dedicated to alleviating food insecurity in our community by providing essential food assistance and emergency food supplies to families and individuals in need. Our mission is to ensure that every household has access to nutritious food, offering a welcoming food pantry where individuals can receive quality food items that meet their basic nutritional needs. We operate every Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., with participants encouraged to arrive by 9:30 a.m. to receive their food. Additionally, we provide home food delivery services to accommodate those who may have difficulty visiting the pantry; requests for delivery need to be submitted on Monday or Tuesday for the upcoming week. At Food for the Weekend, we strive to empower our neighbors by ensuring that no one has to go hungry.
