Women Infants and Children (WIC)

The Women, Infants and Children (WIC) Program in South Bend, IN, is dedicated to enhancing the health and nutrition of low-income pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, as well as infants and children up to five years old. Our mission is to provide vital nutrition education, essential supplemental foods, and breastfeeding support to empower families in making informed dietary choices. We also offer referrals for health care, ensuring comprehensive support for our community. As we adapt to the ongoing challenges presented by COVID-19, we continue to serve our clients with safety measures in place. Families are encouraged to reach out to their local WIC clinic to explore the services available to them, as we remain committed to the well-being of our mothers and their children throughout the South Bend area.
