Located in Shelbyville, IN, Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to improving health through its Home Delivered Meals program, offering Medically Tailored Meals designed by Registered Dietitians to meet the specific nutritional needs of clients experiencing a variety of medical conditions, including Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure. Our meals are carefully crafted to be free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork, ensuring that they meet dietary requirements while promoting overall well-being. We provide food assistance to individuals covered by Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports programs, and the Older Americans Act, as well as to those seeking a self-pay arrangement for only $7.75 per meal. Clients can enjoy the convenience of having nutritious meals delivered directly to their home, with options to select preferred meals and delivery times. We also offer Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling, making it easier for clients to access essential support for healthier living.
