Food Pantry

Located in Seymour, IN, Anchor House's Food Pantry is dedicated to providing vital food assistance to families and individuals in Jackson County facing hunger and food insecurity. Our mission is to offer support and dignity with every visit, enabling clients to access fresh produce, nutritious meats, and essential hygiene items as available. Families are invited to visit our pantry twice a month, participating in a thoughtful system that allows them to choose food items based on their needs, with a total of 16 points allocated for their selections. We adhere to USDA guidelines to ensure fairness and equity in distributing emergency food. With compassion and commitment, we strive to uplift our community through our services, helping individuals and families navigate their challenges together.
