Family Health Centers, Inc. (FHC) is a compassionate, not-for-profit community health center committed to providing the residents of Scottsburg, IN, with access to high-quality primary and preventive health care services, regardless of their ability to pay. Our mission is to ensure that everyone receives the same level of care we would want for our families. Offering a wide range of free and low-cost health classes, we empower individuals and families with essential knowledge and tools to improve their health and prevent diseases. Our programs span various areas such as Healthy Living, featuring Freedom From Smoking, aerobics, weight loss, diabetes management, and chronic disease management; along with Pregnancy and Parenting, which includes classes on healthy pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding, and child safety. Most of our classes are open to the public, welcoming everyone in the community to join us in their journey towards better health.
