The Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) in Schererville, IN, is dedicated to providing comprehensive medical and supportive services to seniors with chronic care needs. Our mission is to empower older adults to maintain their independence in the comfort of their homes for as long as possible.
