MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program in Schererville, IN, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion initiatives. Our mission is to annually assess all Veterans receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with tailored weight management services that respect their individual needs and preferences. We offer a variety of supportive options, including group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support. For those who prefer independence, the MOVE! Coach mobile app allows Veterans to track their progress independently. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for those who may need further assistance after engaging with our program.
