Located in Schererville, IN, Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to providing high-quality Home Delivered Meals tailored to the unique nutritional needs of our clients. Our Medically Tailored Meals are crafted by Registered Dietitians, ensuring that they meet dietary requirements for various health conditions, including Chronic Kidney Disease, End Stage Renal Disease, and Congestive Heart Failure. We believe in offering convenient, nutritious options that are free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. N4L serves eligible individuals under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports programs, and the Older Americans Act, while also offering a self-pay option for those who wish to enjoy our meal delivery service at an affordable rate of $7.75 per meal.
