Cancer Transitions, located in Schererville, IN, offers a comprehensive, evidence-based program dedicated to supporting survivors of any cancer diagnosis who have completed their treatment. Although primarily designed for individuals who have finished their treatment within the past 24 months, our resources are valuable for those at any stage of survivorship. We focus on enhancing the quality of life through nutritional support, customized exercise programs, education on emotional health, and medical management.
